Premium Listings are $55.00 per year, $22 per quarter or $9.90 per month and appear at the top whenever you save your listing.

What you get for a Premium Listing

• A 3 line listing on the "Recent Listings" page linked to a full page listing (just like this one) for additional details and photo.
• You can link your full page listing to your existing website if you have one.
• Display up to 3 Events FREE with every yearly listing.
• It only takes 10 minutes to create and display your own listing.
  
• You can change your listing as many times as you like.
• Move your listing to the TOP of the "Recent Listings" page just by updating it.
  

What you get for a Free Listing

• Not-for-profit groups such as sporting clubs and community groups can add Listings for free. Free Listings may not appear on the home page but will appear under the relevant category.
• Any resident can also list their garage sale for FREE.
• Each club, group or resident has a limit of 3 unique free listings.
• To create your Listing, simply

2. Create your Listing under the Community & Club or Garage Sale categories, and if they have appropriate content, we will manually bypass your Listings for free display on the website within 24 hours of you creating them.

Additional Services:

• For only $33.00 a year, you can create a web address linked to your webpage eg www.plumber.sutherland.com.au.
• For only $99.00 a year, you can create an email address unique to your business and your suburb eg pizza@sutherland.com.au.
